HUMAN FACTORS 

Any accident can be seen as a failure of the organization.  Analysis reveals that most (if not all) accidents can be traced to human error.  Human Factors training will improve the interaction and performance of all team members associated with an operation.  Any production activity, whether flying, manufacturing, or a management process is a team activity and every member is essential to the goal of safe and efficient operations.  The problem is that we don’t always interface effectively.  Analysis of human factors accidents indicates that the majority was either a direct result of poor teamwork (interface) or could have been avoided by better teamwork (or more efficient management of resources).  Human Factors training has been embraced worldwide as a step toward reducing human error as the cause of accidents and incidents.  Our consultants can analyze productivity problems, identify causes and provide ways to improve.
