Tailored Risk Management  

Our tailored Risk Management Program is designed to help you affect an organizational culture change by changing how you look at your business processes.  This is essential if you do business with the Department of Defense and other governmental agencies.  Risk Management is their management language and you must recognize the power and value of “speaking” it.  

Our tailored Risk Management Program consists of a visit to your organization at least 30-days prior to any training.  Organizational information and scheduled meetings with key personnel are required to assess critical processes and to direct the training efforts.  Any individual designated to serve as an organizational focal point, planner, manager, or team leader should have this training.  Labor Union participation is also strongly encouraged.  Follow-up and refresher training is also provided as needed to keep management focus on the right areas.  

Course Contents are the same as the Two-Day Risk Management Course with the addition of your organization specific scenarios.
