Payne Consulting Services provides world-class safety oriented training services to a myriad of governmental agencies and private companies.  We are experts in the field of Risk Management as an organizational cultural change. This strategy is being matured in the United States Air Force and is gaining wide-spread popularity with other governmental agencies and Department of Defense contractors.  Payne Consulting Services is the primary medium for all these efforts.  Training is specifically tailored to each customer's mission and developed to support all levels of management and workers.  To date, we have trained over 4000 personnel in the classroom environment, well over 10,000 during satellite supported distance learning and millions using computer based training.  We also provide Safety Program Management in the aviation and ground arenas to International Military Organizations, civil aviation customers, government agencies and contractors.
