Risk Management Two-Day Course Description  

This differs from the one-day course in that more tools and techniques are introduced and actual hands-on facilitation is taught.  Students are shown how to use the Risk Management process in common management scenarios.  The course will prepare the student to facilitate the process in their organization.  

This course is designed for mid-level supervisors or anyone who performs an active role in day to day decision making in your organization.  It will give them the ability to ask the critical questions required to ensure organizational objectives are met.  By using a risk based analysis they are better able to make the sometimes difficult decisions that make the difference between mediocre results and an outstanding campaign.  This time proven management tool can be used in a variety of situations and prepares your personnel to better adjust to changing requirements without organizational chaos.
